DRAIN PINEAPPLE, RESERVING JUICE. MOISTEN SLICED BANANA WITH JUICE TO PREVENT BROWNING; DRAIN. ARRANGE FRUIT IN DISH, DRIZZLE WITH LIQUEUR. GARNISH WITH SPRIGS OF FRESH MINT, IF DESIRED. YIELD: 4 TO 6 SERVINGS. This recipe can from a can of DelMonte Pineapple tidbits. Pom Pom Mom
