Diabetic Bean Salad Recipe


Recipe Ingredients:

1/2 cup vegetable oil
8 packets equal
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1 can wax beans, drained
1 can green beans (drained)
1 can kidney beans, rinsed

 

Recipe Instructions:

Blend sugar, oil and vinegar. Add veggies and beans to oil mixture and mix. Marinate 10 to 12 hours.

Servings: 4
