Diabetic Cake Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1 cup raisins 1 1/2 cups water 1/2 cup shortening 1 egg 1 cup oatmeal 1 tbsp sugar substitute 1 cup flour 1 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Recipe Instructions:
Boil raisins and water. Add other ingredients. Bake in a loaf pan; at 350 degrees about 45 minutes or until done.
Servings: 4
