Dijon Pork Steaks Recipe


Recipe Ingredients:

1 lb Boneless pork chops
3 tbsp Soy sauce
1/4 cup Dry white wine
2 tsp Sherry extract
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/8 tsp Garlic powder
2 tsp Vegetable oil

 

Recipe Instructions:

Combine marinade ingredients and pour over chops. Marinate several hours or
overnight. Broil or grill, turning occasionally and basting until done to
taste.

Per serving: 28g protein., 11g fat, 2g carb., 950mg sodium, 83mg chol., 237
calories.

Servings: 4
