Dill-Lightful Lemon Dip Recipe


Recipe Ingredients:

1 cup light mayonaise
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp freshly-ground black pepper
1/2 tsp grated lemon peel

 

Recipe Instructions:

In a small bowl, whisk together all the ingredients until well combined. Serve, or cover and chill until ready to serve.

This recipe yields 12 servings. Serving size: 2 tablespoons.

Exchanges Per Serving: 1 1/2 Fat.

Comments: Cook up some cleaned fresh asparagus spears a few minutes in the microwave, then chill them until ready to dip. You might also want to dollop this sparingly on your grilled fish or chicken
