Dilled Carrots Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
3 cups sliced carrots = (or whole baby carrots) 1/2 tsp lemon pepper 2 tsp minced fresh dill 2 tsp olive oil Salt, to taste Freshly-ground black pepper, to taste
Recipe Instructions:
Steam the carrots until tender, about 5 to 8 minutes. Combine with the other ingredients and serve.
This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 1/2 cup.
Exchanges Per Serving: 1 Vegetable, 1/2 Monounsaturated Fat.
