Easy Succotash Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
2 cup Lima beans, fresh, about 1lb 4 cup Corn, fresh, cut from cob about 8 ears 3 tbsp Butter (or marg.) 1/2 cup Cream, whipping 1/2 tsp Salt 1/8 tsp Pepper
Recipe Instructions:
Cook beans in boiling salted water about 15 minutes or until almost tender; drain. Add corn, butter, whipping cream, salt, and pepper; mix well. cook over low heat, stirring often, 7 to 10 minutes, or until corn is done.
