Far East Salad Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1 cup shredded lettuce 1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh broccoli 1/2 cup fresh snow peas, if frozen, thaw 1/4 cup shredded carrot 1/4 cup canned sliced water chestnuts 1/4 whole green bell pepper, or red cut into strips 1/2 cup fresh bean sprouts 1 tbsp canola oil 1 tsp lemon juice
Recipe Instructions:
Arrange the shredded lettuce to cover a dinner plate. In layers, add the broccoli, snow peas, carrots, water chestnuts, bell pepper, and bean sprouts. Whisk together the remaining ingredients and pour the dressing over the salad.
