French Burgers Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef 2 tbsp dijon mustard 2 tsp thyme, minced 2 tsp white wine 1 tbsp minced onion, plus 1 teaspoon 2 garlic cloves
Recipe Instructions:
Combine all ingredients. Shape into 4 patties. Broil until done as desired (3-4 minutes for rare meat, 5-7 minutes for medium meat, and 8-9 minutes for well-done meat).
Per serving: calories 148, fat 5.4g, 34% calories from fat, cholesterol 66mg, protein 20.9g, carbohydrates 2.4g, fiber 0.3g, sodium 131mg.
Exchanges: 3 Medium-Fat Meat.
The recommended wines are: Beaujolais or Chianti.
