French Meat Loaf Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1 lb Very lean ground beef 1/4 cup Lowfat sweet n spicy french dressing 3/4 oz Wheat germ 1/2 cup Finely chopped onions 2 Egg whites 1/8 tsp Pepper Salt to taste
Recipe Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients, shape into a loaf and place on a rack in a shallow baking pan. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour.
Per serving: 23g protein, 15g fat, 7g carb., 214mg sodium, 70mg chol., 270 calories.
Servings: 4
