Recipe Ingredients:

0.67 c Apple juice concentrate
1.00 tb Tomato paste, low sodium
0.25 c Blackberry or raspberry
-vinegar
0.25 c Water
2.00 ts Oil
Salt - optional
Pepper to taste
1.00 ts Paprika

Combine all of the ingredients in blender. Blend at
medium-high speed for 15 seconds.
YIELD: 1 1/4 cup, 1 serving = 2 Tbsp.

cholesterol, 6 mg sodium.
