Fresh Apple-Pear Chutney Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1 medium Red Delicious apple, peeled 1 Granny Smith apple, peeled 1 medium Bartlett pear 1/2 cup raisins 1 tbsp grated orange rind 1/4 cup orange juice 1/4 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 tsp cinnamon 5 fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
Recipe Instructions:
Core the apples and the pear. Dice the apples and the pear into 1/2-inch cubes and place them in a medium bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for about 3 hours. Serve chilled.
This recipe yields 8 servings. Serving size: 1/8 recipe.
