Fresh Fruit In Raspberry Grand Marnier Sauce Recipe


Recipe Ingredients:

2/3 cup fresh raspberries
1 tbsp orange juice, plus 1 teaspoon
2 tsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp orange rind, grated
1 cup strawberries, sliced
1 cup green grapes
2 tsp grand marnier
2 tsp sugar

 

Recipe Instructions:

Pur‚e the raspberries in the blender, using a little water if necessary. Strain to remove any seeds. Add the orange juice, lemon juice, and orange rind to the pur‚e. Toss the strawberries and grapes with the Grand Marnier and sugar. Let marinate for 1 hour. To serve, place the strawberries and grapes in 4 individual dessert dishes. Pour equal portions of raspberry sauce on top.

Per serving: calories 66, fat 0.5g, 6% calories from fat, cholesterol 0mg, protein 0.7g, carbohydrates 15.8g, fiber 2.6g, sodium 1mg.
