Fresh Fruit Salad No.2 Recipe


Recipe Ingredients:

0.50 sm Cantalouple, pared & diced
0.50 c Strawberries, fresh & slice
0.50 c Green grapes, halved and se
0.25 c Yogurt, plain & low-fat
2.00 tb Mayonnaise, reduced calorie
1.00 tb Brown sugar or substitute e
1.00 tb Walnuts, chopped
6.00 Lettuce leaves, optional

 

Recipe Instructions:

Combine the cantaloupe, strawberries and grapes.
Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, brown sugar or substitute
and nuts; mix well. Stir yogurt mixture into fruit
mixture. Serve on lettuce leaves if desired.
YIELD: 6 servings of 1/2 cup each
