Fresh Green Salad Recipe


Recipe Ingredients:

2 package Gelatin, unflavored; (2 tb.)
1/2 cup Water, cold
1 cup Water, boiling
2 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tbsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
8 oz Onion salad dressing
1 1/2 cup Spinach, raw; chopped
1 1/2 cup Celery, chopped
1/2 cup Radishes, chopped
2 tbsp Green onions, chopped

 

Recipe Instructions:

Soften gelatin in cold water in a medium bowl; add boiling water and stir
until dissolved. Stir in lemon juice, sugar, and salt. chill until
slighlty thickened.

Combine salad dressing with remaining ingredients; gently fold into
gelatin. Spoon into a 6-cup mold, and chill until firm.
