Frijoles Refritos (Refried Beans) Recipe


Recipe Ingredients:

2.00 tb Margarine
2.50 c Pinto beans with liquid
0.50 ts Salt
0.50 ts Cumin

 

Recipe Instructions:

1. Heat margarine in a frying pan. 2. MAsh beans
until fairly smooth. 3. Add beans to hot margarine and
fry, scraping the pan to prevent sticking. Cook only
until beans are completely heated. Season with salt
and cumin if desired.
