Frozen Peach Dream Recipe


Recipe Ingredients:

1 lb Peaches, sliced
1 tsp Lemon juice
1/8 tsp Almond extract
1 tsp Artificial sweetener
1/4 cup Non-fat dry milk
1/3 cup Water
2 Ice cubes

 

Recipe Instructions:

Process peaches with lemon juice and almond extract until smooth. Taste and
sweeten with sweetener. Add milk, water and ice cubes. Process until you
no longer hear the cubes rattle. Taste again and add sweetener and lemon
juice as necessary. Freeze until solid.
When mix is frozen, process again and serve immediately or refreeze.

Each serving = 1/4 fruit and 1/4 milk.

Servings: 8
