Fruit Ambrosia Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
4 medium oranges, peeled, sectioned 2 medium bananas, sliced 1 medium apple, diced 1/4 cup orange juice 1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
Recipe Instructions:
Combine the fruit and orange juice. Spoon into dessert dishes and sprinkle with coconut to serve.
This recipe yields 10 servings. Serving size: 1/2 cup.
