Fruit Cheese Ball Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
8.00 oz Package cream cheese; -softened 3.75 oz Package vanilla instant -pudding 16.00 oz Can fruit cocktail; well -drained Crushed pecans Cinnamon graham crackers
FOR DIABETICS
8.00 oz Package light cream cheese -softened 1.00 pk (4 serving)SF instant van- -illa pudding mix 16.00 oz Can sliced fruit or fruit -cocktail packed in juice or -water Pecans are optional Assorted fresh fruit for -dipping OR Graham crackers
Recipe Instructions:
Cream dry pudding and cream cheese together; add fruit cocktail. Beat with mixer so that fruit will be chopped up into small pieces. Shape into ball; cover with crushed pecans. Serve on cinnamon graham crackers. From the Jan Home Cooking Magazine
