Fruit Frappe Recipe


Recipe Ingredients:

3 cups prepared Crystal Light fruit punch flavor
low-calorie soft drink mix
1 1/2 cups frozen nonfat vanilla yogurt, softened
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 ripe banana, cut into chunks

 

Recipe Instructions:

Place prepared drink mix, frozen yogurt, and fruit in blender container; cover. Blend on high speed until smooth. Serve at once.

This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 1 cup.

Exchanges Per Serving: 1 Carbohydrate.
