Fruit Smoothies Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1 cup orange juice 1 cup fat-free plain yogurt 1 frozen banana, see * Note 1 cup frozen strawberries or raspberries 6 packets Equal sweetener = (or 1 3/4 tspn Equal for Recipes or 1/4 cup Equal Spoonful)
Recipe Instructions:
* Note: Peel and cut banana into large chunks. Place in ziplock bag, seal and freeze at least 5 to 6 hours or overnight.
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
This recipe yields 2 servings. Serving size: 1 1/2 cups.
Exchanges Per Serving: 1 Milk, 2 Fruit.
