Garbanzo-Vegetable Soup - Vegetarian Cooking Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1/2 cup Garbanzo beans 1/2 cup Corn, off cob 1/2 cup Green beans 1/2 cup Carrots, diced 1/2 cup Celery, diced 1/4 cup Onions, chopped 1 cup Spinach, shredded or cabbage 2 cup -water Parsley Oregano Basil Bay leaves 1 tsp Tomato sauce 1/4 cup Noodles
Recipe Instructions:
In a large saucepan comdine corn, green beans, carrots, celery, onion, spinach, spices to taste and 2 cups water. Simmer covered for 10 min. Add the tomato sauce, garbanzo beans and noodles. Simmer 5 min more or until noodles are cooked.
1 serving = 368 cal, 3 meats, 2 breads, 2 vegetables
