Garden Salad Recipe


Recipe Ingredients:

4 cup Cabbage, (about 1/2 med) finely shredded or chopped
1/4 cup Green pepper, finely chopped
1/4 cup Celery, finely chopped
1/4 cup Turnip, chopped
1/4 cup Radishes, sliced
1 tbsp Green onion, sliced
1/2 cup Unflavored yogurt
2 tbsp Vinegar, (rice vinegar)
1 tbsp Sugar, (please substitute sugar)
1/2 tsp Salt
1 dash Pepper

 

Recipe Instructions:

Measure vegetables into bowl, cover and refrigerate. Mix yogurt, vinegar,
sugar, salt and pepper; cover and refriegerate. At serving time, toss
