Garden Vegetable Herb Dip Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1 container 2% cottage cheese - (24 oz) = (Breakstone's or Knudsen's) 1/2 cup finely-chopped broccoli 1/2 cup finely-chopped carrot 2 tbsp finely-chopped green onion 2 tbsp finely-chopped fresh parsley 1 envelope Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix
Recipe Instructions:
Place cottage cheese in blender or food processor container; cover. Blend on low speed until pureed. Stir in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate.
Serve with assorted cut-up vegetables. Garnish as desired.
This recipe yields 4 cups.
