Gazpacho Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
3.00 c Low sodium tomato juice 1.00 c Green pepper; minced 1.00 Cucumber; diced 2.00 Green onions; diced 1.00 cl Garlic; minced 0.25 c Parsley; chopped dash Tabasco sauce Ground black pepper to taste
Recipe Instructions:
Puree all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Chill for at least 2 hours. Serve cold or at room temperature.
