Grape Sherbet Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1/2 cup Grape juice 1/2 cup Low-fat milk 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract 1/3 cup Prepared nondairy whipped, topping
Recipe Instructions:
Combine grape juice, milk, and vanilla in a bowl. Mixture will appear to have curdled slightly. Stir to combine ingredients. Place bowl in freezer and chill until mixture is almost firm. Remove bowl from freezer and break mixture into pieces. Beat with an electric misture until smooth but not melted. Beat in nondairy whipped topping. Cover and freeze to desired consistenty.
YIELD: 2 servings EXCHANGE per serving:
1/2 fruit and 1/2 low-fat milk
CALORIES per serving: 108; Carbohydrates per serving: 13 g
