Greek-Style Salad Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
3.00 Lettuce leaves - romaine 1.00 md Roma tomato 0.25 c Feta cheese, crumbled DRESSING 0.50 tb Olive oil 0.50 tb Lemon juice 0.25 ts Oregano 0.25 ts Garlic salt 1.00 pn Thyme 1.00 pn Pepper 6.00 Black olives, pitted
Recipe Instructions:
Tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Cut tomato into small chunks. In glass bowl, combine lettuce, tomato, cheese, (cucumber slices are nice, too); cover and chill. DRESSING: In a cup, combine olive oil, lemon juice, spices and beat together with a fork. Pour dressing over salad and toss gently to coat ingredients. Slice olives and sprinkle over salad.
