Recipe Ingredients:

1.50 c Non-fat plain yogurt
4.00 ts Dry minced onion
2.00 ts Dill weed
1.00 ts Fresh or dry mint, chopped
0.50 Cucumber, peeled, seeded and
- chopped fine

 

Recipe Instructions:

~ the art of healthy cooking. Combine all of the
ingredients in a small bowl and refrigerate for 2 or
more hours to combine flavors. Fresh and tangy.
Store in covered glass container in refrigerator.
Yield: 1 3/4 cups --- 1 serving = 2 tbsp.
