Recipe Ingredients:
1.50 c Non-fat plain yogurt 4.00 ts Dry minced onion 2.00 ts Dill weed 1.00 ts Fresh or dry mint, chopped 0.50 Cucumber, peeled, seeded and - chopped fine
Recipe Instructions:
This was posted on *P by Sherry Eckert, ID #GDDF80A and came from the cookbook called GOURMET INSPIRATIONS ~ the art of healthy cooking. Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl and refrigerate for 2 or more hours to combine flavors. Fresh and tangy. Store in covered glass container in refrigerator. Yield: 1 3/4 cups --- 1 serving = 2 tbsp. NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION: 16 calories, 2 grams carb., 1 gram protein, 0 grams fat, 2 mg cholesterol, 16 mg sodium. EXCHANGES: Free food exchange
