Green Beans With Roasted Red Pepper And Walnut Oil Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
6 cups fresh green beans, trimmed 1 cup diced roasted red pepper = (use from the jar) 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice 1 tsp grated lemon zest 2 tsp walnut oil
Recipe Instructions:
In a large pot of boiling water, add the green beans and blanch for 2 minutes. Drain and rinse the beans with cold water.
Add the beans to a bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Serve the green beans at room temperature.
This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 1 cup.
