Green Beans & New Potatoes Recipe


Recipe Ingredients:

2 15 oz. cans green beans
1 medium onion, chopped
3 slices turkey bacon, diced
salt and pepper, to taste
6 small new potatoes, scrubbed (6 to 8)

 

Recipe Instructions:

Empty both cans of green beans into large saucepan. Add onion and bacon.
Season with salt and pepper. Cover pan and place over medium heat. Cook 30
to 45 minutes. Add new potatoes and reduce heat to low. Continue cooking
another 30 to 45 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.

Servings: 8
