Grilled Caribbean Chicken Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
3 chicken breasts, boned, halved, and skinned === MARINADE === 1/4 cup orange juice 2 tbsp fresh lime juice 2 tbsp mango chutney 2 tsp grated ginger 1 tbsp olive oil 1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce 1 tsp minced oregano 2 garlic cloves, minced
Recipe Instructions:
Combine chicken breasts with all marinade ingredients. Place in the refrigerator and marinate overnight.
The next day, prepare a grill or oven broiler. Grill or broil the chicken 6 inches from the heat source.
This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 3 to 4 ounces.
