Grilled Portobello Mushroom Sandwich Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1 portobello mushroom 1 pinch freshly-ground back pepper 1 English muffin half, toasted Desired vegetables, (optional)
Recipe Instructions:
Preheat the broiler. Place the mushroom and any vegetables you wish to grill on a small baking sheet. Broil 2 inches from the heat about 3 minutes on each side until the mushroom has shrunk slightly.
Serve on a toasted English muffin half and garnish as desired.
This recipe yields 1 serving. Serving size: 1 sandwich.
