Gum Drop Chews Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1 can Fruit flavored diet soda 1/2 cup Lemon juice 1/2 tsp Vanilla Artifical sweetener to equal 1/2 cup sugar 5 package Unflavored gelatin
Recipe Instructions:
SOURCE: Sugar Free...That's me! by Judith S. Majors, cpyright 1980. ISBN #0-345-28708-8. Mix half can soda and all other ngredients in small mixing bowl. Boil remaining soda and add to mixture, stirring until gelatin is dissolved. Pour into 9 x 13 inch bakaing dish and refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares. Diabetic Exchange: Free Food
