Harlequin Dip Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
8 oz plain low-fat yogurt 1/4 cup prepared chili sauce 1 tbsp prepared horseradish, drained 1 tsp grated lemon rind 2 tbsp finely-chopped celery 1 tbsp finely-chopped green pepper 1 tbsp finely-chopped green onion 1/2 tsp salt
Recipe Instructions:
Combine all ingredients well. Chill in a covered container at least 2 hours before serving.
Zesty dip for chunks of cooked meat, fish, or raw vegetables.
This recipe yields 1 1/4 cups. Serving size: 2 tablespoons.
Exchanges Per Serving: Up to 2 tablespoons may be considered Free Food.
