Hawaiian Pizza Recipe


Recipe Ingredients:

1 whole-wheat or oat bran English muffin
= (or 2 small whole-wheat pita bread
rounds)
1/4 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
1/3 cup sliced fresh strawberries
3 tbsp juice-packed crushed pineapple, well drained

 

Recipe Instructions:

Toast the muffin halves. Spread with the yogurt.

Spoon the strawberries on the muffin halves. Sprinkle with the crushed pineapple.

This recipe yields 2 servings. Serving size: 1 piece.

Exchanges Per Serving: 1 Starch, 1/2 Fruit.
