Heads Up Ranch Salad Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1 large Broccoli, cut into flowerettes 1 Carrot, cut in julienne strips 1/2 cup Red onion, chopped 1/2 cup Raisins 2/3 cup Three cheese dressing (Kraft) (use diabetic dressing)
Recipe Instructions:
Mix vegetables and raisins. One hour before serving, pour dressing over salad; toss lighly. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 4 servings.
