1 cup Low calorie cottage cheese
2 tbsp Buttermilk
1/2 tsp Dill weed
1/2 tsp Tarragon
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 dash Garlic powder

 

Recipe Instructions:
