Horseradish Dip Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1 cup Whipped Cottage Cheese, plus 2 tbsp Whipped Cottage Cheese, (see recipe) 2 tbsp prepared horseradish 2 tbsp finely-chopped green pepper 1/4 tsp dried basil 1/4 tsp crushed dried marjoram 1/4 tsp salt 1 dash cayenne pepper
Recipe Instructions:
Combine all ingredients, mix well, and chill at least 2 hours before serving.
Serve as a dip for raw vegetables or cooked ham cubes on toothpicks.
This recipe yields 1 1/4 cups. Serving size: 2 tablespoons.
Exchanges Per Serving: 1/2 Lean Meat.
Nutrition Facts: Carbohydrates 1g; Protein 3g; Fat 1g; Calories 24; Fiber 0g; Sodium 190mg; Cholesterol 3mg.
Note: Low-sodium diets: Omit salt. Do not use ham cubes.
