Hot Couscous Breakfast Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1/4 tsp Orange peel, grated 1 oz Uncooked couscous (dry precooked semolina) 1/2 oz Toasted almonds, sliced 1 tbsp Half-and-half
Recipe Instructions:
In small saucepan combine 1/4 cup water and the orange peel and bring to a boil; remove from heat and stir in couscous. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
Transfer couscous to serving bowl; top with almonds and half-and-half. You could also sprinkle some cinnamon on top, if you like.
