Hot Crab Dip Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
7 oz canned or fresh crabmeat, rinsed drained and flaked 1/2 tsp horseradish 1/4 tsp paprika 8 oz low-fat cream cheese 1 tbsp skim milk 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice assorted crackers
Recipe Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients, blending thoroughly.
Spoon mixture into a small casserole dish and bake for 15 minutes until mixture bubbles. Serve hot with crackers.
6 servings/Serving size: 1/3 cup
