1 cup Hot water 2/3 cup Oatmeal cook gently for 5-6 minutes

1 tbsp Raisins 1/2 tsp Cinnamon 1 tbsp Sunflower seeds
MMMMMSERVE WITH
1/4 cup Milk or yogurt (low-fat)
