Recipe Ingredients:


MMMMMMIX IN A SMALL PAN

1 cup Hot water
2/3 cup Oatmeal cook gently for 5-6 minutes

MMMMMADD

1 tbsp Raisins
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tbsp Sunflower seeds

MMMMMSERVE WITH

1/4 cup Milk or yogurt (low-fat)

EXCHANGES 1 FAT EXCHANGE + 1/2 MILK EXCHANGE; CAL: 352; PRO: 15gm;
