Hot Wassail Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
4 cup Unsweetened apple juice 3 cup Unsweetened pineapple juice 2 cup Cranberry juice cocktail 1/4 tsp Ground nutmeg 1 Cinnamon stick 3 Whole cloves Lemon slices
Recipe Instructions:
Combine all the ingredients in a large kettle and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
1/2 cup serving - 65 calories, 1 fruit exchange 16 grams carbohydrate, 0 protein, 0 fat, 3 mg sodium, 128 mg potassium, 0 chol.
