Hurricane Fruit Salad Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1 cup Sliced bananas 1 cup Orange sections, fresh peeled 1/2 cup Sliced strawberries 1 cup Fresh pineapple chunks 1/2 cup Sliced Kiwi fruit, peeled 1 cup Plain yogurt 1 cup Cantalope balls 1/3 cup Dates chopped 2 tbsp Shredded coconut 6 Lettuce leaves
Recipe Instructions:
Mix all ingredients except the coconut and the lettuce. Cover and chill for 1-2 hours. Place lettuce leaves on a plate, spoon mixture onto lettuce leaves, and garnish with the coconut.
