Icy-Hot Gazpacho Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1 can diced tomatoes - (14 1/2 oz), drained 1 can no-salt-added tomato juice - (46 oz) 1 large cucumber, peeled, seeded, and diced 1 medium green bell pepper, diced 5 scallions, thinly sliced 3 garlic cloves, minced 1/3 cup white vinegar 1 tbsp olive oil 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
Recipe Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients; mix well.
Cover and chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
This recipe yields 10 servings. Serving size: 1 cup.
