Indian Shrimp Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1.00 lb Shrimp, large 1.00 tb Olive oil 1.00 md Onion; chopped 2.00 cl Garlic; minced 4.00 c Italian plum tomatoes, -canned, drained well 2.00 tb Lemon juice 0.50 ts Coriander 0.25 ts Ginger 0.13 ts Cayenne 0.25 ts Cumin Parsley sprigs
Recipe Instructions:
Peel and devein shrimp. Rinse and let dry on paper towels. In a large non-stick skillet, heat olive oil. Add onion and garlic and saute until softened, about 3 min. Chop tomatoes and add to skillet with lemon juice and spices. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer covered, 15 min, stirring once to blend. Stir in shrimp and cook 3-5 min, until pink. Garnish with parsley.
