Island Fruit Cup Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
6 grapefruit sections 1/2 cup sliced fresh or canned pineapple 1/2 cup papaya = (or cantaloupe or other melon) 1 medium orange, peeled, sectioned 1 medium banana 1/2 cup diced mango = (or cantaloupe or other melon) 2 tsp sugar substitute 1 drop red food coloring, (optional) 1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
Recipe Instructions:
Combine the fruits in a large bowl, then spoon into 6 individual serving dishes.
Blend the sugar substitute, food coloring, and yogurt. Top each serving with a dollop of yogurt. Serve well chilled.
This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 1/6 recipe.
