Janet Saylor Lemon Chicken Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
4 Skinnless chicken, (thighs will work fine) (remove the skin and fat)
COATING
1/2 cup Or more of corn starch dash Pepper
DIPPING LIQUID
6 tbsp Real Lemon concentrate 1/4 cup Soy Sauce, (lite for those who must) =OR=- 1/4 cup Teriyoki sauce 2 Eggs, =OR=- 3 Egg whites ( or egg substiture 4 those who must use it)
Recipe Instructions:
Whish together the dipping sauce. Dip chicken into the liquid mixture, then into the starch. Place the chicken into glass dish whick has been sprayed with a non-stick spray. Repeat until dish is filled in a rectangle dish. Microwave on high 12 minutes. Take out remain liquid mix onto chicken, return to microwave make sure that dish has been turned halfway from the origional direction. Microwave another 12 minutes. Serve with rice.
