Jicama Salad Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1 medium Jicama, peeled sliced (Jicamas are similar to to big chestnuts) 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped 1 large Carrot, grated 1/4 cup Water 1/4 cup Vinegar 2 cl Garlic, crushed 1/4 tsp Black pepper 1/4 tsp Salt
Recipe Instructions:
In a plastic or glass bowl, mix all ingredients. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
