Kids' Wrap Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
4 tsp Dijon honey mustard 2 fat-free flour tortillas - (8" dia) 2 slices reduced-fat American cheese, torn into halves 4 oz fat-free oven-roasted turkey breast 1/2 cup shredded carrots - (abt 1 med) 3 romaine lettuce leaves, washed, and torn into bite-size pieces
Recipe Instructions:
Spread 2 teaspoons mustard evenly over one tortilla. Top with 2 cheese halves, half of turkey, half of shredded carrots and half of torn lettuce. Roll up tortilla and cut in half. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
This recipe yields 2 servings.
Exchanges Per Serving: 1 Starch, 2 Meat, 1 Vegetable.
