Lettuce With Mushrooms Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
8 oz Mushrooms, sliced (about 3 cups) 1 small Leek, thinly sliced 1 small Clove garlic, finely chopped 2 tbsp Vegetable oil 1 tbsp White wine vinegar 1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Dry mustard 1/8 tsp Pepper 1 medium Firm head lettuce (about 1 lb) coarsely shredded (about 6 cups)
Recipe Instructions:
Cook and stir mushrooms, leek and garlic in oil in 10" skillet over medium heat until mushroom are tender. Stir in vinger, salt, mustard and pepper. Add lettuce.
